Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered (shipping error on our part).
- The item was expired at the time of delivery.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Tobacco products and lighters (for regulatory reasons).
- Perishable or refrigerated items (unless defective upon delivery).
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery or pickup.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 3–5 business days. For cash transactions, refunds may be issued as store credit or cash at our discretion.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange defective or incorrect items for the correct product at no additional charge. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
