How do I place an order?
Browse our online catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. At checkout, enter your delivery address or select in-store pickup. You can also call us at 979-221-3733 to place an order by phone.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We do not have a strict minimum order requirement for most products. However, our products are sold in wholesale case quantities. For questions about bulk pricing on large orders, please contact us directly.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact us at 979-221-3733 as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been picked and is ready for delivery, changes may not be possible.

What areas do you deliver to?
We currently offer local delivery to businesses in and around the Cleveland, TX area. For delivery availability to your specific location, please call us at 979-221-3733.
How long does delivery take?
For local delivery orders, we typically deliver within 1–3 business days depending on order volume and your location. We’ll contact you to confirm your delivery window once your order is received.
Where is your pickup location?
Our warehouse is located at 21 A J Murry Rd, Cleveland, TX 77328. Pickup orders are typically ready within 1 business day. We’ll call or text you when your order is ready for pickup.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is collected at the time of delivery or pickup.
When do I pay for my order?
Payment is made at the time of delivery or when you pick up your order at our location. You do not need to pay online to place your order.
Products & Pricing
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer additional discounts on large quantity orders. Please call us at 979-221-3733 to discuss volume pricing for your business.
Can I order a product that isn’t listed on your website?
Absolutely. We carry many more products than what’s listed online. Contact us and we’ll check availability and pricing for any item you need.
Are your prices the same as what I’d find in a retail store?
No — our prices are wholesale prices, which are lower than retail. Our pricing is designed to help your business maintain healthy profit margins when reselling to your customers.
